In the current study emphasis is put on any particular method of teaching but the influencial factor is considered to be the extensive use of the foreign language instead of the mother tongue. This study compares the appilication of Persian with English language classes in order to find out which one will be more beneficial for the learners in acquiring the language and approximating them to the envisaged goals.The following null hypothesis was put forward that " No difference can be outlined in the achivement of the learners when teaching English through English or through Persian at the level of .05." The results obtained indicated the significance of the difference between the two means of control and experimental groups at the level of .o5. the null hypothesis was refuted. This study indicated that the utilization of foreign language instead of mother tonge can bring about better results. The results obtained out this experimentation could have significant implications for the authorities involved in the matter. they should take steps to propagate the application of English instead of Persian in English language classes in schools of country..
