Sentences consist of one word or group of words. These words combine in such a way which construct a grammatical sentence. On the basis of form and function a sentence can be divided into three types. Those sentences which tend to convey a message or news are called declarative sentences. Sentences designed to ask a question are interrogative sentences. The third group are sentences used to show one's exclamation or to represent a command. In this thesis, we will study forms in persian mostly according to Quirk's classification. The aim study question forms in spoken language. The sentences are taken form daily talks and stories..
