The term Interlanguage first used by Larry Selinker to refer to " between language " which exists in second language acquirers' production. It is believed that Interlingual Interference is one of the main factors in creating interlanguage in different linguistic levels. Using the " Transitional Competence " for Interlanguage, S.Pit Corder believes that interlanguage features have developmental characteristics. To this end, based on this view, the present study was an attempt to investigate individuals who acquired Azeri and Persian to a relatively high not equal level and who use both languages on a ragular basis, Furthermore, the study aimed at describing interlanguage in Azeri - Persian bilindings in phonological level. Therefore, a homogeneous group of Azeri students were selected as the interlingual elements in phonological level, their speech was recorded and analyzed..
