Summary or Abstract : .هدف تحقیق: بررسی جنسیت مترجم و تاثیر آن بر ترجمه مکالمات دارای هویت جنسیتی در گفتمان روایی. براسا نتایج بدست آمده و با در نظر گرفتن فاکتورهای واژگان نحو و روش کلی نگر مشخص شد که تفاوت کعنی داری میان مترجمین زن و مرد به لحاظ ترجمه گفتگوهای رد و بدل شده میان شخصیت های زن و مرد نمایشنامه وجود ندارد. بنابرانی می توان اظهار کرده مه فرضیه های تحقیق مورد تایید است
: In recent years there has been a high and sustained interest in issues to do with gender especially in the field of Translation Studies. Along the same lines, the translatorبs gender and its effect on the translated text has always been a significant issue of its own. Thus, the main aim of the present research was to discover the nature of relation between male/female translators and to pursue its effect on the narrative discourse translation. It also intended to explore the relation between translatorsب gender and the translation produced by them. In doing so, two tests were administered to the same subjects and they translated them within a certain period of time. According to the results of the present research, taking into consideration the elements subject to analysis in the test, there is no significant difference between male/female translators in term of translation of the dialogues exchanged between female characters of the play. Also, the results of the research approved that there is no significant difference between male/female translators in terms of translation of the dialogues exchanged between male characters of the play..
