Albert Kazimiriski translated the Holy Koran and Mohammed Arkoun wrote an introduction for it. Actually this introduction is the first chapter of his book named How to read Koran. The phrases he has used in this introduction are the motivations of this study. Some of these phrases are: discouraged and disordered presentation of Koran, equivocal speech, numerous legendary, historical, geographical and religious allusions, and also many paradoxes and repetitions.I criticized these beliefs from the aspects of linguistic and science of translation. In this criticism, I assessed almost all of the relevant approaches and theories. The most important point is that, I studied the application of these theories and approaches in translating the Holy Koran. I also studied the thoughts and ideas of the effective personalities which are cited in this research . In addition, I tried to represent documents which show the exemplary order, harmony and integration in the Holy Koran. In this way, I considered the miracles of the Holy Koran on the base of linguistic and science of translation, too. I introduced some historical evidences on the proof of eternity of the Holy Koran.Definitely, the Holy Koran is full of order, harmony and integration and everything is represented on the base of special scenarios with definite objectives appropriate for all the periods. The role of a right and complete translation is really important. The Holy Koran, this miracle of the prophet of Islam, is useful and applicable for all humans in all of the times. Since, God has designed it as an eternity guide. Therefore, translating the Holy Koran, before anything, dose need a proper understanding based on an extra-linguistic and sociolinguistic knowledge and by considering the skopos with a poly system manner.
