Summary or Abstract : مطالق مطالعاتی که در این تحقیق انجام شد نتیجه گرفته شد که آسیای میانه و قفقاز در حال حاضر ۳ درصد از ذخایر نفت جهان و ۷ درصد ذخایر گاز جهان را دارا می باشد که طبق پیش بینی های اپک و بریتیش پترولیوم این منابع در آینده افزایش خواهد یات. کشورهای آسایی میانه و قفقاز سرزمین های قفل شده‌ای هستند که تونایی محدودی برا یانتقال ارزان منابع انرژی دارند و به درآمد حاصل از فروش نفت و گاز نیاز دارند
: Energy security issue is important for all, especially for advanced and industrial countries. The Energy crisis that has been created by Russia in 2006 has caused energy consuming nations to diversify their energy sources and reduce the impact of energy crisis on the political, economic and social issues. In this regard, energy consumer countries pursued diversification of energy resource from resource Central Asia and the Caucasus. We introduce energy resource of these region and significance this resource in the world markets. According to our study we recognize that the importance ofenergy reserves in these regionsare low, howeverapproach of powerful countries to this region is based on political and security goals. In this thesis, we explain that countries consumers and producers of energy are dependent to each other and one policy of the country extremely affects the others. In fact the main characteristics of energy resources are consumers and suppliers that have interdependent relations to each other and their interests are dependent complexity. The main result of this study is that the importance significance of this region will be considerable in respect of energy diversification since the huge amount of resources will be explored in the region..
