هدف تحقیق:بررسی پیکره ای الگوهای واژگانی و ساختاری اصلی در متون حقوقی نوشته شده به زبانهای انگلیسی و فارسی می باشد.یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که تکرار کلمات در متن حقوقی انگلیسی از متن فارسی بیشتر بوده و متن فارسی تنوع بررسی طول جملات نشان داد که متوسط طول جملات در فارسی بیشتر بود

This study was a comparable corpus-based study of legal texts in Persian and English. For the purpose of this study a comparable corpus of Persian and English legal texts originally written in the two languages was compiled and certain syntactic and lexical patterns of these texts were compared.The final result of this study indicated that there were differences between the Persian and the English corpora regarding all the four questions posed in the research. As suggested by the final results of the research, Persian legal texts were more complicated at the word level, while English legal texts proved more complicated at the sentence level..
