Summary or Abstract : This study investigated the Music Education curriculum at member institutions in the Coalition of Christian Colleges and Universities with an undergraduate enrollment of over one thousand. Thirty-seven of the 104 CCCU institutions met the criteria of enrollment and degree offerings for inclusion in this study. Statistics show that CCCU Institutions have had a 67.3 increase in enrollment during the years 1992 to 2001. Accrediting organizations such as North Central, NCATE, and NASM mandate that periodic curriculum review be conducted. Program review within the CCCU is necessary if institutions expect to maintain their accreditation status and remain competitive in a rapidly growing market..
