Summary or Abstract : The purpose of this study is to determine if there are statistically significant differences in the perceived extent of preparation in the provision of supervision services among counselor educators in CACREP accredited programs when compared to non-CACREP accredited programs. This study also investigates if the perceived extent of preparation in the provision of supervision services is related to the level of satisfaction with preparation in supervision among counselor educators in master's level school counselor preparation programs. Additionally, the study investigates the relationship between perceived overall extent of preparation in school counseling content areas and perceived extent of preparation in supervision. Finally, the research assesses the relative importance placed on supervision training by counselor educators in master's level school counseling programs when compared to other school counseling content areas..
