The purpose of this study was to investigate the attitudes and perceptions of physicians and nurses toward the dependent variables Patient Education/Counseling (PEDIC), Physician, Nurse and Health Professional as Patient Educator/Counselor, and Perceptions of Patient Education/Counseling before and after the implementation of a comprehensive multi level PEDIC program in a traditional Family Medical Clinic.
