Summary or Abstract
|

North American Trade Agreement (NAFTA) in an economic domain unites Canada, the United States and Mexico. Establishing the importance of this unification promotes questions about a committed relationship among those three countries in the area of higher education. This study seeks to explore where such a relationship exists or is not yet established among selected educational organizations. I concentrate on a critical hermeneutic approach toward data analysis of transcribed conversations (Herda, 1999) with nine participants in the first North-American Forum of Integration "Triumvirate"..
