Summary or Abstract : Because the decisions of leaders play an epic role in shaping our lives, it's important that they are well-prepared for moral dilemmas. Enter ethics education. It's apparent that the quantity of ethics education is expanding. Yet it cannot be said that the quality of ethics education is augmented. While ethics are taught, there is little evidence that they are disseminated in a manner conducive to learning. Moreover, it's unclear whether the goals of ethics education are being met, such as the development of cognitive abilities to deal with ethical quandaries. The purpose of this study is to determine whether ethics education develops the ethical reasoning of leaders. The extent to which various teaching methods impact ethical reasoning is also examined. This study posits that an intricate structure of interconnecting passages exists at the convergence of teaching and learning..
