Summary or Abstract : This study was designed to acquire information pertaining to faculty productivity and faculty rewards and assess their relationship with various university and graduate program characteristics. Areas of faculty productivity and rewards that were examined included publications, presentations, grant writing, teaching loads, job satisfaction, and salary satisfaction. University and graduate program characteristics included the type of university, the location of the university, the research level of the university, the accreditation status of the counselor education program, and the type of degree awarded within the counselor education program.
