Summary or Abstract : Reflection in teacher education programs provides opportunities for discovery, and for the development of a professional identity through perspective taking, judgement and decision-making and in the critical examination of teaching theories of knowledge, and the practical concepts of teaching for learning in physical education. The purpose of the case study was to further understand reflective practice used in the preparation of physical education teachers.
