Summary or Abstract : Copyright infringement is a problem in schools because many educators are not aware of what constitutes fair use. This study attempted to answer whether educators are aware of and comply with fair use guidelines and who should provide in-service training on fair use.uestionnaires were sent to elementary school principals, teachers, and librarians in Missouri.
