Summary or Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine whether the introduction of information technology equipment and software makes a difference in the teachers' use of that technology in instructional delivery to students in three junior high schools in Sylvania, Ohio. The research question guiding the study is, Does teacher access to new or updated information technology produce meaningful change in the instructional use of technology in junior high schools?.
