Also, with the ever popular trend of globalization, companies are finding themselves fighting to keep competitive with corporations worldwide. With these factors, information technology (IT) managers are finding themselves in a constant race to stay ahead of the competition. Because of these determinants, IT managers need to have the appropriate skill set to stay strategically ambitious.
