Summary or Abstract : While a body of research exists on time management, the primary focus has been on its effects on outcome variables such as performance and stress, rather than on construct validitation. To further validate its construct, time management was examined within the Five-Factor Model (FFM), which states that individual differences in personality can be understood in terms of five basic dimensions: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness to Experience (e.g., Costa & McCrae, 1992; Digman, 1990)..
