Summary or Abstract : A convenience sample of thirty-three permanent night shiftworkers from a large semiconductor manufacturing facility were studied to evaluate the effects of a night shiftworker adjustment program on workers' health, sleeping pattern consistency, sleep quality, and job performance. In addition, the relationships between workers' sleeping pattern consistency and their health and sleep quality were examined.
