Summary or Abstract : Research has shown that early education dramatically increases positive outcomes for children, families and society. Research also, shows that long-term benefits of early education are the results of high quality programs. The term "quality" for early childhood programs is made up of core components that include (a) development of early childhood educational standards for young children, (b) intentional teaching using developmentally appropriate standards-based curricula, and (c) teacher education and professional development for teaching staff. This study focused on measuring the impact of the Creative Curriculum for Preschool ض‍ on student outcomes and teacher-child interactions in classrooms serving 4-year-old children in a multi-site preschool organization in Hawaii. The results show that teacher experience did not have a significant impact on student outcomes..
