: ‭Strawberry, a commercial small fruit planted in temperate regions, is full of natural antioxidants. Study of genetic diversity is very important for distinguishing the genotypes relationships and evaluation and exploitation of genetic resources for breeding programs. In order to determine genetic variation, heritability, the relationship between yield and yield component and to understand the direct and indirect effects of various parameters on the yield, an experiment was carried out at Agricultural Research Center of Kurdistan, Iran in 2012.The experiment was done based on a randomized complete block design with 3 replications.Morphological (number of leaf, runner, crown, Inflorescence, flower, fruit, per plant and leaf area, leaf long/wide, petiole long, number of flower per Inflorescence, fruit set, fruit size, Inflorescence long, fruit weight and yield), Physiological (amount of chlorophyll a, b and ab, soluble solids, titratable acidity and anthocyanin content) and phenological (appearance of first runner, first flower and first fruit, flowering and fruiting period) were evaluated.Results of analysis of variance and mean comparison showed significant differences among genotypes for all traits (p<0.01). Queen Eliza and Paros and Ten Beauty Genotypes produced the highest yield and Gaviota showed the highest quality.There wasa minor difference between phenotypic and genotypic coefficient of variation, indicating low effect of environment on these characters. All traits had high common heritability ranged from 57 to 99 .principale components analysis revealed 5 principle components that covered 76.6 of total variance. Results of cluster analysis based on all measured traits grouped genotypes into 5 clusters at Euclidean distance of 5.The results of Bi plot, was consistent largely with the results of principal component analysis and cluster analysis. There were positive and significant genotypic and phenotypic correlations, between number of leaf, crown, Inflorescence, flower, fruit, per plant and petiole long, number of flower per Inflorescence, fruit set, fruit size, Inflorescence long, fruit weight, chlorophyll a, b, ab, flowering period, and appearance the first fruit with yield. Genetic Path coefficient analysis revealed that fruit size had the highest direct positive effect on yield. number of fruit/plantshowed the highest indirect negative effect on yield through fruit size.‬
